Hunter is a theist who doubts evolution, but even if slanted in his views, it is difficult to answer his objections to the evolution of epigenetics by chance. Carefully look at his reasoning and also look at the background science he uses in reference.-http://darwins-god.blogspot.com/2013/03/plants-epigenome-as-varied-as-their.html-The background:-http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2013/03/130306134356.htm-This is how humans have adapted to disease. An example: Infectious mononucleosis, the kissing disease in tenagers, is caused by Epstein-Barr virus. In folks of European and American background the illness involves swollen lymph nodes and fever for two-four weeks. In Africa, the Epstein-Barr virus is uncommon, and the result can be a lymphoma, a much more serious event. The immune system is set up to learn to recognize invaders and create antibodies against them. There are two types of B cells, ones that change their DNA and create a library of antibiodies, the other B cells simply deliver them. the immune system is a great example of epigenetics in action.
