Much of the discussion in the world concerns Darwinism and the appearance of a strong push to atheism. The atheists have certainly been loud of late, considering the rash of books we all know. Now there is going to be a Christian religious conference touting belief in God with belief in Darwin and how comfortable that can be. > > > > I've always been comfortable with this concept, because I don't take a literal view of the Bible. As I've presented before I think advancing complexity is coded into the genome by God. I view that as a 'third way', like other third ways. Here is a list of the speakers and their approaches: > > > > http://evolutionarychristianity.com/blog/speaker-bios/ > > I wonder how you'd take the religious embrace of climate change in Christian Universities... they now teach "Care-taking science" as part of what we can do about it. (Inhofe would have an aortic aneurysm...) > > But in the grand scheme of things, it is people like this that need to be heard; fundamentalists of both kinds have really done alot of damage concerning the issue.-I firmly agree
