How to find a person's entry

Use the person's name in the search box. All her entries came up. By searching back I found the correct entry. I then reduced the website and reentered the website a second time. Now I had two windows on the site so that I could copy the page from the past and re-enter it currently. I doubt Neil can invent as easier mechanism, since the search box must be used to find a special entry when the date and time are not known initially.
