Once again, my thanks for David for holding the fort.

dhw: My posts will be irregular for the next 10 days or so. My younger son and his family have come over from America to spend a week with me, and just after they have left, I shall be away to attend the funeral of a very dear friend.

I shall log on each day to delete bogus posts (except while I’m away next week), but I doubt if there will be much time for proper posts.
