Abel, you may not even read these posts, as it’s become increasingly clear that your message is not having the effect you probably hoped for, and so perhaps you’ve already decided that enough is enough.........I apologize in advance, but I believe you are a deeply unhappy and disturbed person. Of particular concern is your belief that you’re surrounded by emissaries from Satan who wish to silence you, but you have the ability to kill them. I need hardly stress the implications, and can only hope that there will be no tragic consequences.

dhw, Thank you for this commentary. Abel, get help. I don't know how disturbed you are but you are sick, and need help. It is available to you I am sure. Please seek help.

Tony’s prediction has been fulfilled, as I’m sure we all thought it would be. Perhaps my creative imagination is running too fast, but I’m concerned by Abel’s now protracted silence.

Abel, you may not even read these posts, as it’s become increasingly clear that your message is not having the effect you probably hoped for, and so perhaps you’ve already decided that enough is enough. I’m sorry if that is the case. Your posts have certainly given us a few weeks of hectic activity, stimulating thought, and challenges on many fronts. However, my concern is not that you may have given up on us, but that there is something terribly wrong and we have not been able to help you. If what I’m about to say is off the mark or is spoken out of turn, I apologize in advance, but I believe you are a deeply unhappy and disturbed person. Of particular concern is your belief that you’re surrounded by emissaries from Satan who wish to silence you, but you have the ability to kill them. I need hardly stress the implications, and can only hope that there will be no tragic consequences.

If your silence does indeed mean you’ve had enough of us, I wish you well, and thank you for your brief visit.

I did tell you that I was only a craftsman. Not much of a demand for slide preparation on construction sites. I have looked at my cells under a microscope that I have scraped from my cheek without preparation and seen the tri-nucleation.
The dye I sent was meant to stain cells, perhaps it has hematoxylin in it.

The slides have arrived. The dye you sent and used is eosin. No hematoxylin. There is no proper preparation of living material, only debris. Preparing slides for microscopic evaluation requires knowing how to do it, as I have previously described. I'm sorry, but I cannot confirm your claims. The material you sent is probably useless to study as it is dried out and not fixed by chemicals as it should be. I have no way of doing DNA on it, and I'm not going to send it to a lab for that purpose. If you wish to confirm your claims, I suggest you go to a legitimate biological lab and have the work done. Then send their bona fide report to this website.

As I described, my mic is a research model I had in medical school. Send me something I can really look at.

David: It is obvious you don't seem to know what you are doing. I had histology in college. Basic dye is a combo of hematoxalin and eosin, not just eosin. You can't make a slide with a scalpel blade. You must imbed the tissue in parafin, and then use a microtome to slice the parafin and put that very thin material on a slide for staining. What use is skin tissue, half the dye, and a scalpel to me?

Thank you for spelling hematoxylin properly. I was out feeding the horses and the proper spelling came to me. I was in histology class 62 years ago! As for what you saw under the microscope of your cells prepared as described, there is no telling what you saw. I'll look at what you have sent and report.

Abel, I would like you to know first off that I do appreciate you making the effort. However, me being me, and being how I am, I will make a prediction and let it be recorded in the AgnosticWeb.com Archives for posterity. Call it a test of my precognitive abilities.

Prediction 1:

Either the prepared slides will show no tri-nucleic cells, or they will be somehow improperly prepared in such a way as to make any such determination impossible.

Prediction 2:

Having been told that David has no way of preparing proper slides himself, you will then claim that you gave him tissue samples so any further lack of evidence is his responsibility, not yours, thus attempting to further your claim despite lacking any hard evidence.

I will be ecstatic if I am proven wrong, but my instincts tell me that I'm not. I am VERY intuitive, and very in touch with my intuition. It is rarely wrong. However, in case I am proven wrong, I now tender my apologies in advance for being a doubting Thomas in regards to the matter of your alien heritage and offer my condolences for you being an archangel slave.

I do believe the initial offer of evidence was of prepared slides. Besides, sending tissue samples like that would give you an easy way out later on. Besides that, if what you say is true, there is absolutely every reason for you to send those prepared slides, as it affords you some small measure of credibility. If you have examples of Tri-nucleic cells, they will be interesting regardless of whether they are yours or not. My only regret is that I do not have a microscope like David, or I would be asking him to send them to me when he is done with them. :P
