The slides have arrived. The dye you sent and used is eosin. No hematoxylin. There is no proper preparation of living material, only debris. Preparing slides for microscopic evaluation requires knowing how to do it, as I have previously described. I'm sorry, but I cannot confirm your claims. The material you sent is probably useless to study as it is dried out and not fixed by chemicals as it should be. I have no way of doing DNA on it, and I'm not going to send it to a lab for that purpose. If you wish to confirm your claims, I suggest you go to a legitimate biological lab and have the work done. Then send their bona fide report to this website.

You must imbed the tissue in parafin, and then use a microtome to slice the parafin and put that very thin material on a slide for staining. Thank you for spelling hematoxylin properly. I was out feeding the horses and the proper spelling came to me. I was in histology class 62 years ago! As for what you saw under the microscope of your cells prepared as described, there is no telling what you saw. I'll look at what you have sent and report.

I sent two prepared slides. Hopefully, they will survive the trip. I don't have a microscope, so I could not ascertain the quality of my preparation.

Tony's intuition is right on, it seems. I wioll look at what comes and report to all.

Prediction 1:

Either the prepared slides will show no tri-nucleic cells, or they will be somehow improperly prepared in such a way as to make any such determination impossible.

Prediction 2:

Having been told that David has no way of preparing proper slides himself, you will then claim that you gave him tissue samples so any further lack of evidence is his responsibility, not yours, thus attempting to further your claim despite lacking any hard evidence.

I bought some packaging today. I don't think prepared slides will transport well so I am sending skin samples in a vial, eosin dye and a couple of slides with cover slips. I let you know when it is mailed.

I have no lab. I am retired with an old but powerful microscope. I need prepared slides as you promised. I have NO way of preparing slides. Please send prepared slides only. Slides are shipped all the time!
