Cell response to electric field (Introduction)

DAVID: Cells move away from charges and toward charges. They are not thinking but using electrical attraction:

When science finally gets their heads together, they will be able to use this information to change the world and cure many diseases, clean up our world, and probably bring peace...who knows. Once mankind comprehends then uses this knowledge to effect what is, anything is possible.
